SoundMondo on MODX7+

I am the proud owner of a new MODX7+ Loving it so far. But, I am unable to connect to SoundMondo.I have signed in and openend the site. Connected via host USB via a new version of Google Chrome, altered the settings in utilities, yet I can't get connected!! The little "connected" light on SoundMondo says "disconnected" Any ideas please, on what I may be doing wrong??
